These terms apply when you browse this website and order from Danfel Wellness.

Ordering

Orders are placed by sending us your cart on WhatsApp. An order is confirmed once we reply to confirm availability, the delivery fee and the delivery time.

Prices

Prices are shown in Ghana cedis and can change without notice. The price we confirm with you on WhatsApp is the price you pay. Delivery fees are confirmed with each order.

Payment and delivery

Pay on delivery is available for orders within Accra and Tema. Orders to other regions are paid for before delivery. Deliveries within Accra and Tema are typically made within 24 hours. Other regions take 2 to 4 business days.

Product information

Our products are food supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and the information on this website is not medical advice. Results vary from person to person. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor before use.

Problems with an order

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp or call 024 345 2261 as soon as you can and we will work with you to put it right.
